Empowerful Girls was born from the idea of motivating more girls in the Pump It Up scene. We know how hard it is to keep a consistent play routine â sometimes our progress stalls and everything feels overwhelming.
So we decided to bring girls together to share DGs, exchange experiences, and live this moment of growth as a group.

Training Dynamics
Objective: Train together, grow as a group, and share experiences about techniques and difficult charts.
Total Flexibility â you choose how to play based on your current focus or the conditions of the moment:
- Focus only on Double (submitting only Double DGs, if you prefer to leave Single out of your strategy).
- Focus only on Single (if you prefer to work on your own challenges or if the pad is not ideal for double).
- Play both (Single and Double).
đĄ What really matters: No need to stress about the format. Regardless of choosing Single or Double, the key is to participate and play!

How can I participate?
Easy! Click here to register, choose the category you want to participate in, and submit your DG.
What is a DG?
DG stands for Dance Grade â it's the result screen that pops up right when the song ends, showing your score, combo, and grade. It's proof of your achievement!
Can I play only Double or only Single?
Of course! It's entirely up to you. Play whichever mode makes more sense for you at that moment â what matters is participating!
Can I play in one category and also in another in the same week?
Yes, participating in one or more categories is allowed. Ideally, participate in up to 2 different categories â for example, if you feel you are between two difficulty levels.

Can I play on an unofficial Pump (such as StepMania/Pump Sanity)?
Yes you can! As long as the chart played is identical to the current versions of the original Pump arcade. So if you usually train at home, you can submit your DG normally.
Should I play in HJ or NJ?
We play in NJ, but if you prefer, you can play in HJ. It will not make a difference in the ranking.
âąī¸ Deadlines & Score Submission
The week has not started yet, but the song list is already out. Can I play today and upload the score when the official countdown begins?
Yes! You can already take advantage and play before the official start. The score will be valid as long as it is submitted within the round's deadline.
I forgot to submit my score before the deadline. What happens?
To keep the group dynamics organized and fair for everyone, scores submitted after the deadline are not counted. The good news is that our cycles are quick! We will soon open the next week/fortnight and you will be able to participate normally.

I don't speak Portuguese and I'm from another country, but I'd like to participate. Can I?
Yes, you can! We even have a group for this dynamic where we share ideas and chat. Everyone is welcome.
